3. What is your return policy?

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 4. How can I initiate a return?

To start a return, you can contact us at (808) 371-5099 or sales@hilodesigncenter.com. Please provide your order details and reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

5. What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. It's important to notify us as soon as possible so that we can assist you promptly.

6. Can I return personalized or custom products?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for personalized or custom products as these items are specially made to your specifications. However, if there is a defect or error on our part, please contact us and we will work towards a resolution.

7. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

8. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we do offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures that you get the desired product without any delay.

9. Do you offer a cooling off period for European Union customers?

Yes, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please refer to our refund policy for more information.

10. Can I return sale items or gift cards?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sales of discounted items and gift cards are final. Please make sure to review your order carefully before making a purchase.
